The Mycobacterium Tuberculosis collective invites you to the archive presentation taking place at the “Sotiria” Hospital in Athens. The installation runs until the 10th of October, 2010. During the course of the archive presentation, there will be a series of performances and events.
The Mycobacterium Tuberculosis collective explores the different aspects of the historical record and collective memory through a contemporary experience at the Sotiria hospital. Taking into account the history of the hospital, the Collective has worked on the production of a new audio-visual archive that oscillates between the limits of memory and the contradictions of the historical narrative.
